100G QSFP28 ER4 optical module supports the 100G data connection by using WDM multiplexing wavelength division technology. This module transmits 100G Ethernet signal over 4 wavelengths with LC duplex connectors and it can reach a maximum transmission distance of up to 40km when used with single-mode fiber.

The transmitting end of the 100G QSFP28 ER4 optical fiber module adopts a DML laser that supports dual rates, and its power consumption is less than 3.8W at a full temperature of 0~70℃, which meets the requirements of green and energy-saving data centers.

This product is a 100Gb/s transceiver module designed for optical communication, applications compliant to Ethernet 100GBASE-ER4 Lite standard. The module converts 4 input channels of 25Gb/s electrical data to 4 channels of LAN WDM optical signals and then multiplexes them into a single channel for 100Gb/s optical transmission.

The product is designed with form factor, optical/electrical connection, and digital diagnostic interface according to the QSFP+ Multi-Source Agreement (MSA). It has been tested to meet the harshest external operating conditions including temperature, humidity, and EMI interference.
