Start A Return

1、Fill in the Return Form and submit online. Or download the RMA application form, filling in and sending email to RMA@fibermall.com
2、Our customer service will contact you to confirm the RMA.and approve Return/Refund or replacement.
3、After RMA application are approved,the products will be returned to our warehouse.
4、Just waiting for the processing of Return/refund or replacement.

Return Notes

All customers should contact Customer Service for approval before returning any items to us. Fibermall We will not deal with any unannounced returns and costs incurred.
1、Make sure that the product looks brand new or does not have obvious physical damage.Keep all the packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request;
2、 After sending back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; This will help us better track your return
3 、A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) application form must be provided to fibermall.com,including detailed informaiton,such as buyer`s name,phone NO.,email,address,PO NO.,ect.

Return policy

For standard stock products (consumables and customized excluded), we offer a standard 30-day return & refund and replacement service. See detailed policy below

Return policy

Fibermall offer 30 days without reason to return and refund or exchange for the products ,Buyers need to bear the freight and customs charges

Return failed products within the warranty period

We could provide replacement or repair for the defective products within warranty period.Customer need to provide evidence that the failure is caused by the product itself, not by the artificial damage caused by the customer's wrong operation,Fibermall will pay the freight and custome charges if we confirm that failure come from Fibermall aftter we receive and test the RMA.Refund is negotiable if the products returned in this case (See return time).

PICK-UP service

If there is definite evidence that the product failed due to the product's own problems within 30 days of receipt or within warranty period
Fibermall can provide pick-up service,Just pack the RMA and prepare the documents, fibermall will arrange the carrier to contact you directly and pick-up the goods. We will arrange replacement or repairs for you after we receive the RMA and inspection. First of all,Customer need to submit the return application form and get approval.

Return products out of warranty period

If the products are out of warranty period.They could be considered for repair for a reasonable rate or a reduced price for a replacement piece .the customer is responsible for the round trip freight and customs duties

For Consumable and cutomized no stock products Return within 30days

Unless DOA (defective on arrive), No reason return and refund within 30 days is not accetable

Consumable items

Consumable items are items such as Fiber Patch Cables, that are consumed once they are used. Customized products include the products which are customizid order and produced.such as customized distance DAC,AOCs.
