400G QSFP112 DR4 PAM4 Optical Transceiver Module (1310nm MTP/MPO12 SMF 500m with KP4 FEC DDM)

The QSFP112 4x100Gbps transceiver module is designed for 400G Ethernet links over 500m of single-mode fiber. The module contains 4 parallel channels at a center wavelength of 1310nm, each operating at 106.25G. On the receiver path, 4 photodiodes and a 4-channel TIA array are used, along with PAM4 re-timers.
