NVIDIA MMS4X00-NS400 Compatible 400G DR4 OSFP Flat Top PAM4 Optical Transceiver Module (1310nm MTP/MPO-12 500m SMF with FEC DDM)
The 400G OSFP DR4 Flat Top transceiver module is designed for use in 400 Gigabit Ethernet links over 500m single mode fiber. The module has 4 independent electrical input/output channels operating up to 106.25Gbps per channel. This transceiver consists of a transmitter/receiver unit, each operating on a set of wavelengths at 1310nm. The transmitter path of the module incorporates a bi-directional PAM4 re-timer ASIC integrated with an EML laser and a 4-channel internal driver. On the receiver path, used 4 photodiodes and a 4-channel TIA array, along with the PAM4 re-timer.

Installing this 400G OSFP DR4 optical module was very simple, it is immediately recognized after being plugged in and it is fully compatible with our NVIDIA networking equipment.
